My name is Morgan Sforzini. I am currently a sophomore here at the University of Colorado Denver pursuing a degree in History. I was born and lived in Colorado for most of my life. I enlisted in the United State Marine Corps after I graduated High School. The Marine Corps took me many places including Japan, Thailand, the Philippines, Hong Kong, and Afghanistan. I returned to Colorado after my 4 year commitment was complete and began attending UCD in the spring of 2011.
The location I have chosen is Marine Corps Base Camp Schwab, Okinawa, Japan. Camp Schwab is located on the east side of the island of Okinawa, and about 6 miles east of the city of Nago. I chose Camp Schwab because I was stationed there for 2 years while in the Marines and enjoyed every minute of it. Every day after we got released from work, we would go down to the beach (a two minute walk) and swim, snorkel, scuba, drink beverages, barbeque, or just hang out. At Camp Schwab and Okinawa I had the best experiences in the Marine Corps, at work and time off.
